(Disclaimer: This is a timeline I made for personal use to help with writing fan fiction or discussing lore. It is my cheat sheet to quickly look up dates, though it doesn't include all historical events (too much lore, halp) and may hold inaccuracies. Please do not fully rely on this timeline!)

  • More than 10,000 years before Dofus (year 0) :
The Krosmoz is created by Goddess Eliatrope (Wakfu) and the Great Dragon (Stasis), an enormous Dofus containing galaxies and solar systems along with Incarnam (heaven), Inglorium (home of the gods) and Shukrute (home of demons). The Eliatropes are created to fulfill Goddess Eliatrope's desire to experience motherhood, though their creation broke one of the divine rules and resulted in Goddess Eliatrope's banishment at the hand of the other Gods. The Eliatropes continue to thrive and live peacefully for many years without their Goddess' guidance until an alien species called the Mechasms settle on the Eliatropes' homeworld. They live in harmony for several years until one of Eliatrope's firstborn, the one called Qilby, steals the heart of a young Mechasm called Orgonax and uses it to create the Eliacube. The Eliatropes are forced to flee their homeworld to escape the rage of the Mechasms and travel through the Krosmoz in search of a new home. They eventually settle on what will be called the World of Twelve millennias later and recreate their civilization. Orgonax invades the new Eliatrope homeworld in search for his stolen heart and Qilby is banished to the White Dimension for betraying his people while many Eliatrope children retreat into the Emrub dimension for safety. Yugo, Adamaï, Nora, Efrim, Shinonome, Mina and Glip all perish during Orgonax's invasion. Goddess Eliatrope, having heard the pleas of her people finds a way to temporarily escape her banishment and erases all life from the planet to put an end to the war and restore the balance of Wakfu and Stasis in the Krosmoz. Rushu, one of the first ten Demons slaughters his nine siblings to gain ultimate power and sole rule over the other demons (Shushus).

  • ± 8,000 years before Dofus (year 0) :
God Osamodas and nine other Gods bring life back to the planet, naming it the World of Ten. A peace pact between the Gods and Rushu is made, confining Rushu (and his followers) to his own dimension (Shukrute). God Sadida creates ten dolls (including Dathura and Lacrima) to seduce dragons and claim ten dragon eggs (Dofus) to regain harmony in the world. Only six dolls succeed in this quest, their efforts resulting in the creation of the six Primordial Dofus. With the synchronized Primordial Dofus and returning harmony to the World of Ten, the Dofus age begins (around 200 years before year 0). A drunken God Iop violates Lacrima, impregnating her with Cornu Mollu, a god-like creature. Because Lacrima is partially God Sadida, Cornu is God Sadida and God Iop’s son. To contain Cornu’s immense power, God Sadida separates the newborn into nine pieces and seals them within nine masks (the Primordial Masqueraider masks) for safekeeping.

  • ± 1,111 years before Dofus (year 0) :
Goultard is born. Goultard le Barbare / Goultard the Barbarian special episode takes place.

  • 0 :
God Xelor creates Xelor’s Clock to introduce time to the World of Ten. Twelve Protectors of the Months are appointed to keep the seasons in check. The Dofus age officially begins (though was already in progress before time was introduced!). Rushu seizes the opportunity to put one of his henchmen, Djaul, on the World of Ten as the Protector of month Descendre.

  • 10 :
Djaul tricks the water dragon Aguabrial into creating a second Turquoise Dofus with the aid of a water nymph. When the treachery comes to light, the Dofus hatches; Bolgrot is born. The tragedy revolving around Bolgrot’s hatching causes the first Turquoise Dofus’ harmonic beating with the other 5 Primordial Dofus to be disrupted. The Guardians of the Primordial Dofus are formed to protect the six Primordial Dofus, but the Dofus all disappear in the course of a century.

  • 10 - 25 :
Goddess Sacrier joins the Gods in their pantheon, angering Rushu as Sacrier took the spot he desired to have. Rushu attempts to invade the World of Ten from Shukrute, but is stopped by Goultard (Dark Vlad). Solar, the Protector of month Javian, is killed by one of Rushu’s henchmen during the invasion attempt. A temple is built for Rushu in a single night by Djaul to lure in new followers and deliver a blow to the Gods. This temple is known as Brakmar, the Dark City. In retaliation to Rushu’s attempt to steal power from the Gods, the Gods build Bonta, the White City. Jiva becomes the new Protector of month Javian and has an annual vendetta against Djaul at the end of each year.

  • 26 :
The first Crimson Dawn (the wars between Bonta and Brakmar) occurs.

  • 130 :
Bolgrot befriends an Iop named Rykke, but wind up killing each other after Bolgrot murders Rykke’s love interest in a fit of jealousy. The six missing Primordial Dofus are found within Bolgrot’s stomach and returned to the Guardians of the Primordial Dofus. The guardians decide to hide the six Primordial Dofus in various places across the world for safekeeping.

  • 350 :
Dofus manga takes place. Goultard meets Arty (the human form of Ignemikhal, the Crimson Dofus dragon). Cornu Mollu is freed from his imprisonment and defeats God Iop. God Iop retreats to the mortal world and appoints his son, Goultard, as the safekeeper of his divine powers until year 989.

Jiva takes the opportunity to make use of the Clock and how it tampers with the length of Djaul's month (a winter month), and gifts Harebourg the Ice Dofus to power the Clock. Djaul finds out about Jiva's scheme, intervenes and curses Frigost with eternal winter after the Water Clock malfunctions with his intervention.

  • 553 :
Another Crimson Dawn occurs between Bonta and Brakmar, the attack on Bonta led by Djaul after he caught wind of Jiva’s disappearance shortly after the tragedy in Frigost. Djaul and the Brakmarian army are driven back by Jiva’s unexpected and temporary replacement, Ilyzaelle, and the Bontarian army at her side.

  • 554:
Leorictus, the King of Bonta is assassinated, causing a domino effect in which all the Huppermages are persecuted and forced to go into hiding on the floating (and hidden) Rok island until year 646.

  • 585 :
The final Crimson Dawn war occurs. Brakmar and Bonta are wiped off the map. Both the cities miraculously return in the year 635 when Goddess Sacrier disrupted Xelor’s Clock with a single tear, undoing the tragic event. A treaty is signed between Bonta and Brakmar to prevent another Crimson Dawn from ever happening.

Torn and enraged by grief after losing his love Dathura, Ogrest defeats the Gods when they attempt to stop him. The following cataclysmic event shifts the world with earthquakes and floods; Frigost disappears underneath a thick layer of ice after it gets flooded and frozen over due to its curse. The island of Sufokia disappears underneath the rising waves but thrives on the ocean's surface. An explosion occurs on Rok island, causing it to crash into the ocean and disappear. The continent holding the nations of Bonta, Amakna and Brakmar is torn apart, forming separate continents. The Protectors of the Months all vanish along with the Gods, disrupting the flow of the seasons and faiths. The Dofus age ends and becomes the Wakfu era. I figured I would share this little cheat sheet of mine to anyone interested. It isn't perfect and I may apply edits once in a while whenever Ankama changes the lore or adds something relevant to it. Please keep the disclaimer in mind, thank you!

The Wakfu and Dofus glossary I shared a while back:

Wakfu and Dofus glossaryA simplified glossary to help with reading or writing Wakfu and Dofus fan fictions if you aren't all that familiar with the lore/games/shows, without going into too many confusing details. I have no idea if this is useful to anyone but here you go anyway; it was gathering dust in my Google documents.
This glossary may get randomly updated with new items.
